Goods Forever
… life is always full of good experiences if we look for them and decide to share them

Camping at Roper Lake

Eric found an awesome campground with great hopes of finding a location to create a family camp down here. We are really missing our family camp experience after going for so many years with such a wonderful group of friends (20ish families … kids running everywhere … s’mores, swimming, soccer, field games, s’mores, scavenger hunt, worship time around a campfire, s’mores, beach walks, catching up with friends, good good times). Every August I get a little sad knowing we are missing out on such a great experience for our entire family. Before I get all sad about it again … I’ll move on to the campground down here. It is awesome :) The lake was good for fishing and swimming … the facilities and camp sites were nice … there is a hot springs/hot tub and tons of hiking trails. I really liked it and we had a fantastic time with our friends. We’re looking forward to putting together something fun.

Here are some pictures of our camping adventures …
